In my role as a member of the AI Marketing Generation team at Intuit Mailchimp, I am responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that significantly improve the effectiveness of our customers' email marketing campaigns. Drawing upon my expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, I have the ability to create intelligent user experiences that dynamically optimize email content based on customer preferences and behaviors. My work contributes to Mailchimp's position as a leader in email marketing by pushing the boundaries of AI-powered content optimization and personalization in the email domain.

As a Product Designer at Zola, I was responsible for design and user research on the Vendor Marketplace platform. This included launching multiple large scale B2B and B2C products that greatly improved user conversion and retention for both our Vendor and Couple customer bases. I regularly partnered with product, business, and engineering from concept to post-launch tracking and iteration. I also led design discovery to identify impactful product opportunities to research, design, prototype, and test. I communicated designs to team members through wireframes, sketches, concepts, and prototypes. I also developed and maintained a design system for the Vendor Marketplace product.
