The nimble team worked on email, push notifications, in-app notifications, chatbot experiences, and more. This work became the largest source of organic traffic, generated millions of dollars in revenue, and increased retention. ### Chief Creative Officer @ Root Insurance Company Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 | Columbus, Ohio Area Built and led the creative team at disruptive insurtech startup Root Inc from Series A to Series D, scaling the team from zero to 35 FTEs in two years.
