This project went through many stages before it was launched and made live for public use. First, I worked closely with BYU-I Students (the main audience for the site) as well as Department Leaders within the office to figure out the functionality, layout, etc. in order to grasp how the website should function. Second, I created mock-up pages using Adobe Photoshop that were printed out and used for story board testing with student users and office workers. Third, modifications were made to the designs based off of the story board feedback and were approved by the office mangers to begin development. Fourth, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript I built the website based off of the Photoshop designs. Fifth, once the site was built another round of testing was conducted and final modification were made before the website went live.
