Led all product design initiatives across Valimail's product portfolio, including creating their inaugural design system which streamlined the design/dev handoff from days to minutes, refactoring the UI for an email phishing detection product, reducing product ideation time by facilitating design sprints resulting in customer-validated prototypes, hiring and mentoring designers, and developing design standards which reduced development time and simplified the user experience across their product portfolio.

Design, strategy consulting and workshop facilitation for startups and SMBs, which included developing and facilitating full-day creativity workshops to identify creative blocks and harness everyone's innate creativity.

User-centered design for Charles Schwab's web experience, which included: Investing, Fees, and Checking, which also resulted in creating Schwab's first design system for their marketing design team.
