With a recent transition from Google to semi-professional volleyball, my journey has been driven by a passion for excellence in both the digital and athletic realms. - Designed and implemented tools to enhance velocity and productivity for Google Ads engineers.
- Maintained and improved Google's A/B testing framework for their ad serving stack, which is the largest set of A/B tests at Google and is used by hundreds of Google’s ads engineers on a daily basis in their engineering workflows.
- Expanded the depth of the A/B testing framework to include more ad types (e.g. mobile display ads and YouTube ads) by implementing new code paths and extending the mocked data coverage, which helped mitigate Google’s revenue losses from third-party cookie deprecation.
- Developed a new tool that empowers developers to efficiently test new features through a streamlined command-line interface, reducing the number of manual steps by 90%.
- Enhanced caching efficiency by integrating a staleness detection algorithm, resulting in a 75% decrease in average test run latency.

- Automated Amazon Advertising’s distributed, high-volume invoicing systems in 10 jurisdictions (e.g. US, CA, UK, FR) using Java and AWS Config, SNS, and SQS.
- Developed automated refund and rebilling functionality for global impression-based ads and created an associated javascript interface, which led to substantial increase in overall automated coverage from 59% to 78%, enabled the collection of USD ~$121M in worldwide revenue for 2020, and saved Amazon’s billing teams ~59 business days of manual effort.
- Collaborated with Product Manager, Technical Lead and 5+ engineers throughout SDLC using Agile/Scrum methodologies and on a quarterly basis to refine requirements and architecture based on customers’ needs.
- Revamped the existing invoice generation system using a decorator design pattern to enhance maintainability and scalability, which resulted in a significantly reduced development time for updating documents and onboarding new jurisdictions.

- Built the next generation for Bloomberg trading system applications using Javascript.
- Developed frontend and backend for customizable rule building engine in Javascript and Typescript that provided an API to deliver or display alerts based on varying market trends, giving traders instant and easy access to critical market
movements.
- Designed and developed 2 UI components (linking tool and navigation widget) to connect our trading system applications with 100+ other Bloomberg terminal components to allow a seamless interaction and provide an easy visual workflow between them.
