I like making systems make sense. Mostly, that means helping big teams build powerful and useful things for people, with a special focus on the platform tools and workflows that accelerate them.

Building smart, powerful, intuitive safety and support features for a global community of players, parents, and Roblox Creators. We also design super-efficient, assistive, and AI-driven tools and workflows for our internal Safety Platform, supporting the teams that keep Roblox running: thousands of moderators and customer support agents around the world.
While there, I:
1. Built and led a diverse team of Product Designers who are now respected experts, owners, and advocates for Roblox’s unique Trust & Safety needs (scaling the team from 3 to 6 and counting)
2. Led the redesign of our most critical Accounts flows: Sign Up, Sign In, Settings, and Parental Controls; shipped incremental updates to security, account recovery, account verification, and alt. account detection features
3. Completely overhauled our moderation platform, unifying dozens of outdated legacy systems into one seamless “Safety ToolBox,” massively increasing mod accuracy, efficiency, policy and abuse vector coverage, and automation capabilities
4. Defined a unified vision across abuse reporting, customer support, IP infringement, and feedback for Creators, gaining traction and alignment across teams, and bringing disconnected projects together
5. Sparked workstreams to enable Roblox Creators to help keep their own content and experiences civil and safe, running discovery, partnering with UXR, and influencing roadmaps to the VP level

I Iead the “Data & Content Delivery” team – a 40-person pod, directly managing PMs/POs, UX designers, info architects, and UX writers. My team is currently:
1. Reimagining our author workflows and tech architecture to make our platform more intelligent, understandable, and efficient
2. Streamlining the game publishing (eCommerce) pipeline in regular iterations – from fixing usability issues, to data model defects, to automating steps
3. Enhancing the around-game player experience with rich, relevant, contextual, personalized content
4. Enforcing company-wide data strategy principles, governance, testing, and culture to maintain content quality

I helped execute in-progress design and UX writing for the new built-from-scratch EA app (replacing Origin as EA’s PC game launcher). I managed and supported 5 UXDs, 2 UX writers, 1 UXR, and an IA (with 100% manager satisfaction scores). My team:
1. Brought the EA app to beta, migrating 10m MAU from Origin
2. Developed a UX writing intake and engagement process for designers, PMs, and devs to engage with copy early; increased copy visibility and collaboration; unburdened devs by shifting string configuration, updates, and localization to writers, empowering them to own their work
3. Led discovery and UXR on “around-game” content opportunities (“this app isn’t just a game launcher, it can make your game better”); successfully trained and mentored 11 UXDs/IxDs on content design and information architecture

At AVS, I built an “object-oriented” filterable documentation website for 3P device makers learning to integrate Alexa into their unique devices. I redesigned the site UX, and I designed and PMed an internal console for technical writers to tag content blocks when publishing new API docs, guides, device requirements, and test cases. I:
1. Defined a global ontology for 3P Alexa devices (to enforce tagging/facets)
2. Updated Alexa 3P developer docs site UI for filtering by device attributes (i.e. I'm building a "TV" connecting over "WiFi" using the "Alexa Device SDK")
3. Reworked the IA of all docs (i.e. usability testing existing navigation trees)
4. Provided guides for tech writers maintaining navigation schemas, page hierarchy, doc type templates (page structure), and UI components as code
5. Conducted usability testing, Adobe Analytics traffic analysis, and content audits to monitor performance and find opportunities for docs improvements
