I support homeowners and local agencies across the SF Bay Area region, helping to streamline post feasibility, permitting, with recent laws for both single and multi-family development. My focus is on identifying the "highest and best use" of each property while guiding homeowners through a smoother Plan.Design.Permit.Build process.
Land Development Advisor – Guided feasibility and entitlement for gentle-density (4–10 du/acre) for several land projects.
Homeplex (NorCal Advisor) – Supported ADU Design-Build & SB9 strategy; conducted site feasibility, zoning reviews, with a phased ADU roadmap.
Masaya Homes – Developed and launched sales strategy for panelized ADU home kit; oversaw lead gen, buyer journey from CRM, feasibility, financing to construction hand-off.
Showroom & Operations – Managed flagship showroom launch (Berkeley) from permitting, merchandising, hiring, and early operations to early-stage turnover and growth.
Housing Policy Research – Conducted applied zoning, financial, and code research on SB9, SB1033, SB684, and cottage cluster models as related to HCD and RHNA housing element goals in NorCal.
