I support homeowners and local agencies across the SF Bay Area region, helping to streamline post feasibility, permitting, with recent laws for both single and multi-family development. My focus is on identifying the "highest and best use" of each property while guiding homeowners through a smoother Plan.Design.Permit.Build process.

Land Development Advisor – Guided feasibility and entitlement for gentle-density (4–10 du/acre) for several land projects.

Homeplex (NorCal Advisor) – Supported ADU Design-Build & SB9 strategy; conducted site feasibility, zoning reviews, with a phased ADU roadmap.

Masaya Homes – Developed and launched sales strategy for panelized ADU home kit; oversaw lead gen, buyer journey from CRM, feasibility, financing to construction hand-off.

Showroom & Operations – Managed flagship showroom launch (Berkeley) from permitting, merchandising, hiring, and early operations to early-stage turnover and growth.

Housing Policy Research – Conducted applied zoning, financial, and code research on SB9, SB1033, SB684, and cottage cluster models as related to HCD and RHNA housing element goals in NorCal.

Regional ADU Consultant | ADU Center

I support homeowners and local agencies in navigating the ADU process, from feasibility and permitting to education and planning. By helping identify the highest and best use of each property, I’ve guided hundreds of homeowners toward practical housing solutions.

• Trained Design.Build PMs on automating job schedules and punch lists

• Assisted with job tracking/budgets given material delays and subcontractor shortages

• Created a materials library of FF&E for initial design meetings, take-offs and supplier costing

• Unfortunately, the Owner closed operations due to COVID-related issues

• Programs - ProCore, BuilderTrend, G.Suite

• Launched, marketed, and sold out a $17M, 16-unit new construction pocket, cottage cluster neighborhood under strict COVID real estate protocols

• Managed all inbound sales — lead qualification, CRM ranking, and negotiation through COO

• Launched 9-lot subdivision with 1,000+ interior options and buyer customization

• Created lot option tracking tools, leading to a prototype “Build a Room” tool with real-time pricing
