Responsibilities: • Evaluating (via heuristic analysis and user interviews) the existing site structure and tools. • Working to overhaul and improve Tracker’s complex application workflows / features, and turn them into a modern, simple and elegant user experience. • Designing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes, for existing and updated user flows. ### Senior UX Designer @ Microsoft Jan 2011 – Jan 2016 | Redmond, WA Worked with Microsoft’s Enterprise Commerce group, now within the Windows and Devices Group (WDG), as both a Visual and UX Designer.
