A Design Lead is the single, main point of contact on the Product Design team for a solution. A lead is responsible for understanding the initiatives in a solution, coordinating with contributors, scheduling, and resource planning with respect to the solution. The lead also actively contributes to one or more of the initiatives or projects in the solution.

• Lead design for product portfolio of Cloud Native: Microservices & Serverless

• Shape product design practice for growing org by introducing design grooming, prioritization, scoping best practices across functional areas and promoting internal knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior designers on design craft, process, documentation, and communication techniques

• Drove design strategy and execution for streamlined Agent Installer experience and Agent Management

• Led the design strategy and delivered beta release of Experience Journey Maps, correlating performance to customer behavior

• Designed first version of Kubernetes Cluster Monitoring product

• Led design for End User Monitoring products: Browser and Mobile Real User Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring
