ā Responsible for creative development and design for the Bobbie brand across campaigns, product launches, evergreen and paid media channels
ā Executes design across lifecycle, paid ads, organic social, retail, and print with an emphasis on performance and growth creative. Provides feedback and direction for internal team, external partners and freelancers
ā Collaborates with marketing leads to develop channel-specific content and design strategies, reviewing performance and proposing iterations for testing
ā Leads design for high-impact brand campaigns featuring A-list celebrity partners that break through the noise and shape culture
ā Owns growth creative function, defining core best practices for creative, content development, performance analysis and briefing across performance channels
ā Continuously evolves core brand expression, including creation and maintenance of brand book and brand systems
ā Provides pre-production support, art direction, shot listing, and creative development for photoshoots and campaigns. Partners closely with Art Lead and Creative Director to develop impactful, brand forward content. Collaborates with photographers, videographers, animators, retouchers, and producers to bring concepts to life
ā Manages and continuously improves team creative resources including asset management, style guides, templates, and team workflows
