I am a UX Leader and currently heading Design for ON24 as the Director of UX. My design journey began with my design education. I did my Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from School of CS at Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelors in Design from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati.

My Design philosophy is to make interfaces and interactions simple and intuitive. I am a creative person with a passion to make product experiences highly usable. As I manage people, I focus on mentoring them through design problems and enabling them to innovate. As I manage multiple projects, I focus on evaluating priorities, deliverables, and design time required.

I believe, to deliver great user experience, the Design, Tech and, Business teams need to collaborate from start and work together on the optimal product strategy. 

My skill sets are in the field of design, computer science, and psychology and I have worked on various interesting projects that require the application of all three.

- presenter experience for engaging with live audience
- analytics reports and data visualizations

- facilitating cross-team collaboration
