- Led design of the conditional formatting feature of Lark Sheet, a collaborative spreadsheet product, which resulted in a 60% increase in user engagement.
- Created wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design solutions with product managers and developers.
- Conducted competitive analysis and moderated contextual interviews to understand user needs and values.

- Owned design of 0-1 Lipro app, translating company’s vision of the new smart home business line into a shippable product.
