With over six years of international design experience and more than 8 years in total, I am a strategic UX/UI designer who helps companies understand their users and find solutions that make their lives easier if not better. I have a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and another master's degree in digital media from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Currently, I work at DB Schenker, a leading global logistics provider, where I take ownership of Design Chapter, providing designs to agile-driven team. My previous roles include UX designer at MYCS, where I designed the mobile version of their core product, and UX Lead at Collective Istanbul, where I led the UX Team and delivered digital experiences for clients like Garanti, Ford Otosan, Vodafone, and Philip Morris International.

### Strategic UX / UI Designer @ DB Schenker
Jan 2019 – Jan 2026 | Frankfurt Am Main Area, Germany
In the Global Digital Solutions and later Global IT Land & Digital Solutions, I am part of the unit assigned to Marker-Facing Products.

I took ownership of the Design System effort including developing a storybook instance, providing designs to Agile-driven teams to deliver to their business partners with varying topics from the logistics domain, and ran international user research in Germany, NL, and Sweden. 

Other topics that I took ownership of were the Design Chapter, Design Sprints, Workflows, A/B Testing and Analytics setup.

### UX Designer / Usability Expert @ MYCS GmbH
Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | Berlin Area, Germany
Designed the mobile version of the company’s core product in a cross-functional, agile environment. Performed Evaluative and Exploratory User Research extensively.

### UX Lead @ Collective Istanbul
Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Istanbul, Turkey
I have led the UX team at Collective serving customers like Garanti, Ford Otosan, Vodafone, and Philip Morris International. 

Key highlights: 
* Was mainly responsible delivering digital experiences.
* Hands-on done: User Research, Prototyping, Taskflows & UI Specifications, Workshops.  
* Worked end-to-end, including project development and content production.

### Product Owner / Product Manager @ Ciceksepeti (Mizu.com)
Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Istanbul, Turkey
Working close with the CEO and Founder of Ciceksepeti (Turkish version of 1-800-Flowers), I planned the roadmap for the emerging startup Mizu and managed SCRUM and Kanban project cycles with the development team along with conducting daily usability tests, backlog grooming and requirement analysis.

We researched the problem space for Power Management with Low-Medium level Switchgear used in hospitals and campuses, envisioned, and prototyped a solution together with our sponsors at Eaton.

Part of the Cross-platform course during my master's at Goldsmiths, we interviewed event goers in context, summarized results for the coursework and afaik, company went onto seed funding around the same time.
