Launched robust engineering tooling ecosystem that ensures reliability, quality and efficiency for video infrastructure (Live & VOD). Worked as a full stack designer to lead strategy for internal tooling, conduct research and collaborate with engineers to implement.

• Delivered 25+ clients solutions across 5 industries by solving complex business & data problems for web, mobile and BI tool platforms.

• Created AI experience design framework that ensures a valuable, delightful and Ethical human-AI interaction. Led a team of 9 designers and researchers to formulate guardrails of a safe and secure AI product.

• Led and established the first design system for Deloitte's InsightStudio. Spearheaded sponsorship from leadership to scale the design system from 5 users to entire UX team.

• Published paper for LAK International Conference ‘17 by individually researched 20+ papers to design 10 ideas and build a physical prototype.

• Led a 3-member multi-disciplinary team to design and build a tangible digital art display that visualizes academic activities of 30,000 students.

• Digital display aims to increase awareness of teaching and learning activities within a department among instructors to build a sense of community and increase discussion of pedagogy.
