Designed end-to-end flows for a breach detection feature and refined the payment card storage functionality, achieving competitor parity and driving a 85.71% increase in weekly active users. Led both high-impact projects from conception to launch, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams through multiple rounds of ideation to ensure seamless implementation and user-focused results.

### Product Designer - Business Platform Team (Growth) @ Dropbox

Designed solutions to improve an internal tool that powers Dropbox's growth engine. One of the tools is a content management system (CMS) where Dropboxers can scalably craft, preview, and launch in-product ads, notifications, and emails to end users.
