I'm always thrilled to build new connections and expand my network. ## Work Experience ### Staff Software Engineer @ Prisma Jan 2022 – Present At Prisma, I've been the lead engineer on multiple greenfield products including Prisma Accelerate, Prisma Pulse, and Prisma Postgres®. These systems have scaled to support billions of requests at low cost with no manual intervention. Using a mixture of TypeScript and Rust, these products provide features such as global query caching in 300+ locations, autoscaling database connection pools, managed change data capture (CDC), and scale-to-zero serverless databases. In addition to product development, I've participated in Prisma livestreams, recorded videos for our socials, and spoken at conferences. I enjoy being a technical ambassador for our products educating the community about database topics. ### Staff Software Engineer @ Truepill Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 Truepill allowed me to extend my technical leadership role to a new level. I concurrently provided oversight to four teams across multiple products totaling 40+ engineers. I architected greenfield systems, improved developer efficiency, and ensured our delivery teams met the timelines committed to our business. I was influential in designing a new, serverless cloud architecture that improved sustainability, monitoring, and observability.
