Over a decade of full time software engineering experience, with a focus in low level systems and full stack solutions, from project start to launch. I publish open source contributions annually while maintaining professional priorities.
On the Signals team working very closely with Navigation and Security teams to deliver next generation GPS systems. My primary focus was writing C++ with projects such as implementing forward error correction and more.
As a Sr.Software Engineer at Volansi I made direct contributions in Python, C/C++, JS React, configs and more. I lead test efforts for the applications team and ultimately moved to the embedded team for hardware in loop testing.
Starting at Astra when they were approximately 30 people in a single building, I made contributions to the radio systems and terrestrial software teams. Astra grew rapidly to fill multiple buildings in a few short years. Code contributions were primarily Python, C/C++ and Javascript, transport ranged from RS485, S-band radio, layer 2/3 Ethernet and more. I worked closely with our Electrical Engineers to solve problems where software meets hardware, as well as software teammates to design telemetry acquisition patterns for test and flight.
Software Engineer with a strong interest in electronics at the Berkeley based flexible fuel generator company. This organization focused on 20 and 100+ kW generators running on a range of solid and liquid fuels. My contributions were focused around writing Python and C/C++ on x86 and ARM platforms, as well as designing two circuit boards, for our automation systems.
