In this role, I provide guidance and leadership to teams during the design and build phase of architecture components. I collaborate with a small group for training, consultation, and future planning of the engineering organization. I liaise with the architecture group and conduct one-on-ones with individual team leads to ensure consistency and alignment with relevant measures.

★ I maintained the product's long-term stability, designed product architecture, and streamlined engineering efficiencies and effectiveness by planning and organizing efforts across the organization—along with organizing training and pair programming efforts.

★ I delivered transformative and consultative support to development teams, including effective guidance on risk and conflict management; I steered and delivered assigned projects within strict timely, budgetary, and scope constraints.

★ I successfully managed architectural and development resources throughout the design and delivery phases while providing technical leadership, guidance, expertise, and support for best practices and design patterns.

For Lucid, I investigate and resolve problems to create the architecture necessary to capitalize on the company's initiatives and plans. I assess the efficiency of technologies and improve engineering velocity. I direct a team to optimize the synchronization and visualization of customer data. I maintain high individual contributor velocity and deliver high-quality code reviews.

Key achievements and contributions during this tenure include:

★ I provided coordination, mentorship, assistance, architectural insight, tools, and optimal resources to 17 development teams. This enabled the teams to work effectively and ensure efficient solution planning, design, and development

★ I planned and introduced a new architecture to deliver better performance and reliability with an order of magnitude less resource consumption and resource isolation—delivering a great user experience to customers and developers.

★ I established graph algorithms to deliver efficient customer data visualizations with semantic definitions and relationships between the data. I was named as an author on several patents and I also won two categories in the 2022 Lucid Hackathon.

★ I played a key role in designing the architecture foundations for future projects. I served as a liaison between product owners, programmers, and other stakeholders to test and document custom software.

★ I maintained a thorough working knowledge of applicable standards and codes required to execute various projects. I utilized advanced technical expertise and I collaborated with senior management to develop software applications.

★ I developed domain proficiency for products and resolved complex application issues or bugs. I coordinated development tasks and formulated effective strategies to align deliverables with release deadlines.
