Project Management: led a team of 5 members on managing improvement and migration projects for the corporate ERP system.
•Acted as a liaison between production plants and IT department in setting up improvement projects. Including scheduling system, resin resource planning system, production reporting system, warehouse inventory management system.
•Designed user interface, system functionality, database structure for different production schemes in improvement projects. Monitored erroneous database transactions, and created user documentations.
•Planned and executed system migration projects for newly acquired plant sites.
Internal Audits: Conducted audits on production plant site on best practices, propose possible improvements and set up follow-up schedules.
•Monitored production performance data, identified abnormalities, and proposed improvements as needed
Resin Procurement: Consulted with technical engineering personnel to establish product performance criteria and specifications for manufacturing and testing.
•Researched and evaluated suppliers based on price, quality, service, availability, and reliability
•Analyzed plant site material storage levels against usage to map out material procurement timeframe
