In the past, our ancestors used human intellect along with rudimentary tools to improve and enrich their lives. Today, we are still doing exactly the same thing, but the complexity of our world necessitates more powerful tools and driven individuals capable of efficiently using those tools.

In this complex and technologically driven world, I am the person that colleagues turn to when they have a difficult time finding a solution to a problem, or when a difficult task becomes overwhelming. My tool of choice is typically a computer, and with a level of focus that sometimes borders on obsession, I have the patience to work things out in a thoughtful manner, always considering the bigger picture.

I am currently a Software Engineer at Pax Labs working on some very interesting problems with some very talented people. I am project driven, passionate about what I do, and I am always eager to learn and grow. ### Full Stack Software Engineer @ PAX Labs, Inc.
Jan 2019 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area
● Developed and maintained multiple React Apps with Typescript, Redux, SWR data fetching, Styled-Components CSS, custom webhooks, and responsive design for mobile devices.
● Developed and maintained a Backend API using an event-driven microservices type architecture with multiple RESTful services using Java, Hibernate, and MySQL.
● Leveraged AWS, Github, CI, Cloud Foundry, Concourse, Segment, and other infrastructure services.
● Acted as a Technical Lead covering regular code reviews and making improvements to the
code-base with regular refactors.

● Developed methodologies for analyzing failure modes to effectively determine the root cause.
● Performed failure analysis on various electronic vaporizers and their associated components.
