I performed major contributions to Scoop’s infrastructure re-write, moving legacy infrastructure from CloudFormation to Terraform, and then to Terraform Enterprise. I conceptualized and led Scoop’s initial Chaos Experiments, both executing experiments on live infrastructure and researching tooling for automated testing deployment. I reduced SRE toil by implementing Vault for database access, integrating Okta for identity across a variety of services, and writing developer tooling that took advantage of these integrations. I also performed vendor analysis for 6 intrusion detection providers as part of a successful SOC-2 audit.

I architected and wrote the Earn.com mobile apps from scratch, and then took over leadership of the mobile team as our business grew and as we brought on additional mobile development resources. I developed and deployed automated build, test, and release pipelines for iOS and Android with Jenkins. I also contributed to React Native through open source projects and technical writing.

I covered a portfolio of 50,000+ devices, and used engineering and sales skills to increase TI share on customer hardware designs. I used all phases of customer projects to deepen relationships and win more sales, including design, production, and lifecycle support of their products.
