• Led a team and conducted domain strategy research around digital identity and online privacy, redefined the E2E user experience and design language for an anonymous identity protection app.
• Led in-depth brand and product experience competitive audit of Tesla Motors and its digital touchpoints; conducted exhaustive user research and driver interviews; developed insights for EVs and a holistic connected car experience, unifying HMI and app experiences
