My work with Lynx Analytics encompasses the creation of AI/LLM GPT tools for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. As their Lead Product Designer I manage the team of 3 designers, direct the standardization and ideation of new features of the platform across customers, supervise the creation of a modular design system, and model best practices for team processes and knowledge sharing. Outside of my role leading the design team I run design thinking workshops for executive stakeholders, and create marketing assets and prototypes used at trade shows and client presentations.
