Architected the product vision and end-to-end UX for FoodShare, a complex four-sided logistics platform to combat food insecurity. Drove product strategy, developed the pre-launch community growth plan, defined the business model, and designed the user experience for four distinct user roles (donors, volunteers, non-profits, patrons).
Led the 200-hour development of an interactive 3D simulation in Unreal Engine 4 to visualize a complex industrial product for R&D. Translated engineering schematics into a high-impact concept video for investors, successfully making an invisible mechanical process visible and understandable.
