I design core product features, collaborating with founders to align with business goals. I work with the product team to deliver features quickly and within budget in a fast-paced startup environment while designing user journeys and supporting user studies to improve product experiences. Over 3 years, we grew from zero to over 1,000 business clients. ✦ Designed a loan application user flow that helped users easily complete the loan process, resulting in hundreds of issued loans and a 30% retention rate. ✦ Designed integration with FinAPI, allowing users to connect thousands of bank accounts and enabling Puls to process millions of transactions and assign risk statuses to clients. Clients could also manage their transactions and make payments directly through Puls. ✦ Developed a simple design system that accelerated the development of new features. Built several internal products for employees (User, Loan, and Invoice Management, User Identification), streamlining and simplifying operational workflows within the company. ### Staff Product Designer @ Ситимобил | Citymobil Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 Citymobil was a taxi service with 100K+ drivers in 70+ cities and 500K+ daily rides. I worked in the drivers' department and led the design in the Acquisition team, taking charge of developing features from problem discovery to implementation. I worked closely with developers, PM, UX researchers, and other design departments. Features I designed and successfully launched with the development team: 1. New Authorization for the Driver App: The visual appearance and user experience have significantly improved. The conversion rate for successful authorizations increased by 24%. 2. In-app Driver Registration (0→1): Before, there was only offline registration. This feature reduced the average registration time for drivers with a car by 86% (from 2.5 hours to 20 minutes) and for drivers without a car by 96% (from 2.5 days to 2 hours). It also increased the conversion rate of the latter group for their first ride by 3 times. Registration fraud decreased by 30%, and call center expenses were reduced by 10K euros/month. 3. Demo Ride (0→1): This feature reduced the average time to the first ride after registration by 7%. 4. Drivers Onboarding (0→1): On average, it reduced the number of poor grades by 6% and increased the number of tips by 20%. 5. New Photocontrol: This feature reduced fraud by 30% in the first month, and the visual design and user experience were also significantly improved. 6. New Tariff Selection Screen: Significantly improved the feature's visual design and user experience, reducing the number of steps from 4 to 1 required to access the screen. Received positive feedback from drivers. 7. Internal tool for creating Stories for drivers (0→1): This tool saved the company a significant amount of money and enabled the delivery of messages to specific driver groups without requiring a front-end release. It also allowed the implementation of entire features. Due to its effectiveness, a decision was made to scale the product for the Rider team. ### Senior Product Designer / Founding Designer of VK Pay @ VK.com Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 VK Pay is a platform created for paying for goods and services on the VK social network (the most popular social network and one of the most visited websites in the CIS countries), on external websites, or in shops. I worked in VK Pay as the founding designer. Was responsible for the design of the whole product (web/ios/android), the development of new UX patterns and new features. As a result, the service has become one of the leading fintech companies on the market with 19 million customers. ### Product Designer / Founding Designer of the Moosic app @ Mail.Ru Group Jan 2014 – Jan 2017 Mail.ru Group is the largest internet business, evolving e-commerce, leading Russian social networks, instant messaging services, a portfolio of popular games and other projects. I worked on the Moosic app as a founding designer. Moosic was an experimental streaming service for listening to music from the social network VK.com with access to millions of songs. In 2 weeks after its launch, the Moosic app was downloaded more than a million times and became the most popular app in 7 countries among free music apps.
