I’m a product designer working at the intersection of AI and large-scale public and enterprise platforms.
 
I started out in industrial and consumer design at Godrej, which shaped how I think about physical products, manufacturing, and real-world constraints. That foundation still informs how I design today. Since then, I’ve moved into digital product design, working across B2B SaaS, government systems, and health-tech interventions.
 
I’ve worked on data-driven platforms used by 33M+ users across public systems, redesigned enterprise CCaaS dashboards to reduce decision friction, improved onboarding flows bringing time-to-value down from 20 days to 5 days, and built behavioral + clinical UX systems for healthcare use cases.
 
My work focuses on designing systems that reduce cognitive load, surface the right signals, and enable faster decision-making at scale — not just making things usable, but making them work when complexity is high.
 
I’ve also taught design at Rhode Island School of Design, focusing on health systems, usability, and applied UX research — pushing thinking beyond screens into systems.
 
Right now, I’m especially interested in AI-native interfaces — LLM UX, copilots, agentic systems — and designing for decision-making instead of just interaction. I enjoy working on data-heavy products like dashboards, analytics tools, and internal platforms, particularly in environments that scale across millions of users and complex organizations.
 
I bring a mix of product thinking, UX strategy, design systems, LLM UX, AI-assisted prototyping, research and experimentation, data interface design, and strong cross-functional execution.
