Providing Product Design Strategy and Direction

• Led the end-to-end design of Vulnerability Management, resulting in time saved for users from faster investigation and reduced cost incurred by breaches

• Defined the end-to-end product experience for AppDefense, a datacenter endpoint security product. Successfully launched to 250+ customers with to perform proactive and reactive security operations.

• Collaborated with product managers, customer success, engineering, VMware's design system team to ensuring a seamless, visually appealing and user-centric product experience.

• Led user research and usability testing initiatives by engaging with users in annual conferences and 1:1 interviews resulting in increased user satisfaction and 100% renewal rate.
