I have mostly worked with distributed systems, ingestion and searching semi-structured and structured data and my interest has only increased in this domain. Distributed Database systems like Elasticsearch and distributed query engines like Presto/Spark also pique my interest. Through work experience, I have also gained some functional knowledge on few currently "popular" deployment/orchestration frameworks in the cloud like Docker/Kubernetes.

I tried to follow and learn about various technologies and methods of design from my mentors till now. I'm still learning and have a long way to go...

 - Primarily worked on the ingestion service of events data built on top of Kafka, Elasticsearch using Netty/Dropwizard over the Kubernetes orchestration. This involved real-time structured/semi-structured data ingestion and querying, powering alerts, read-time aggregations etc.
