I am part of tooling group in cisco, this group develops various tools that are used by release managers and developers working on routers and switches. I have been working on commit criteria automation, this tool provides ability for Release Managers to specify criteria that developers need to go through before committing there code into repository.

• Working as module lead and handling a team of developers.

• Responsible for requirement gathering, planning and coordinating with other teams for integration.

• Actively worked on moving the task scheduling engine from perl side to Java Activity engine, which made scheduling very flexible and also added ability to execute tasks in parallel.
