Lead a team of product designers focusing on telehealth experiences for members and healthcare providers. Shape the multi-quarter roadmap for our product area, cultivate an insights-informed and hypothesis-driven approach to design, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and support the growth of individual contributors across Design, Product, Content, and Research. My team has delivered high-quality work that has led to real business impact, including all-time high conversion rates on a key user flow and significant increases in user completion of tasks that are important for clinical outcomes.
I have been a leader and key contributor of several strategic initiatives at Teladoc, including creating a model for how we can personalize and configure our products and defining an experience strategy to improve satisfaction and engagement across our clinical product lines.
I'm also passionate about scaling team impact and nurturing growth by improving tools and processes. I've developed test procedures and templates for medical device usability testing, successfully secured funding and managed accounts for new internal tools, and written guidelines for interviews and comprehensive onboarding materials that have been leveraged by other teams. I also co-led the evolution of career ladders for our Product Design and User Research teams to improve clarity, provide more functional specificity, and support a broader range of career journeys.

Transitioned to a new role as a manager and to a new company. Livongo was acquired by Teladoc in 2020, in a deal that valued Livongo at $18.5 billion.

Led the design for several major product launches that helped Livongo scale and become a leader in the digital healthcare space, including new chronic condition programs, a food logger, personalized plans to achieve short and long-term health goals, and a coaching message center. Co-led the design of the web app to support new programs and provide a holistic view of a person's health. Partnered closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions across web, mobile, and medical devices.
