Hired as employee #1, worked on a wide range of initiatives in the platform, infrastructure and
dev ops areas.
* Built foundations for the chat conversation platform, allowing for open conversation with any vendor API’s (Microsoft Bot Framework, Slack, Google Hangout); developed internal services that integrated with ITSM provider APIs (ServiceNow, Jira).
* Built integrations and data pipeline flows. Implemented several early versions of platform capability that included integration with AWS Dynamo DB for conversation state persistence and integrated AWS Key Management Service for service layer security and docker services.
* Spearheaded early projects for the build, release, and CI/CD pipeline through using various tools and technologies including ansible, terraform, jenkins, and AWS to manage dev and production AWS assets.
