IMPACT • Better patient monitoring and stress management. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create a better data-driven service • Enables physicians to better personalize patient care, resulting in improved treatment adherence and patient outcomes. ### Lead Product Designer @ XM Cyber Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Palo Alto, California, United States Designed a workspace for Cloud Security Engineers that enhances focus on critical alerts and improves threat detection accuracy. • Successfully improved speed and accuracy of hacker threat detection in the cloud environment. • Developed workflows prioritized resolving security vulnerabilities. • Contributed to product marketing and investor communications that led to the acquisition by XM Cyber. ### Senior Product Designer @ Cisco Meraki Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States SMB customers couldn’t find relevant product info on Meraki Corporate website. We redesigned information architecture, navigation and critical flows like Homepage, Product Webinars and other events/resources Registration, Case Studies, Contact, etc. IMPACT: Improved engagement, enterprise conversion and sales. ### Design Researcher and Strategist @ PMWC - Precision Medicine World Conference Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Santa Clara, California, United States Popular with guests and presenters PMWC businesses partners were unsatisfied with the outcome of interactions. New design improved access to research topics throughout the year. We also created more options for conversations, to build relationships and to close deals. IMPACT: Improved interactions between medical professionals, vendors and investors on the website and the exhibition floor. Annual registration grew by 10%. ### Senior Product Designer @ SAP Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 SAP.com was not converting enterprise prospects because they lacked the info they needed to make enterprise purchasing decisions. I redesigned touch points and web flows to support customer access to free courses. That gave us more opportunities to pitch valuable webinars, trials & professional training. IMPACT: More prospects registered for SAP courses starting from SAP.com, and those that registered were more likely to buy SAP products. ### Senior Product Designer @ Visa Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco, California, United States Visa Commercial, an enterprise platform with 12 Customer Personas, was outdated and very difficult to use. Transactions sometimes took weeks to process. I proposed that we build around the needs of enterprise Procurement & Accounts Payable Manager. I redesigned services, flows, and components and created a new simple, secure and friendly Design System. IMPACT: Decreased processing time and dramatically increased the number of Visa Commercial Card transactions. Helped to secure partnership with Amazon Business. ### Director of Product Design @ NortonLifeLock Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Mountain View, California, United States Subscribers left because they didn’t see the value of the Lifelock service. We conducted research and collaborated with Marketing to set expectations, explain the value and elevate brand. Redesigned Lifelock corporate website, member onboarding and engagement.  IMPACT: Improved Lifelock NPS and retention. Reduced number of service calls. ### Senior Product Designer @ Samsung Electronics Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Santa Clara, California, United States KNOX was created to compete w/Apple secure software/hardware features. Professional customers needed access to both work and life apps in one mobile device. Adoption was very slow because security got in the way. I redesigned the experience to make it a lot more convenient to access secure work applications and multi-factor authentication. IMPACT: Samsung KNOX launched on GooglePlay(30,000,000 subscribers first year). ### Senior Product Designer @ CISCO SYSTEMS (USA) PTE. LTD Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Santa Clara, California, United States Network Engineers were overwhelmed by the rapidly growing enterprise network demands. I created the story, infographics and prototypes to test our vision for new technology. Our platform empowered Network Engineers to act as Network Architects who could better plan the scale, performance and security challenges. IMPACT: Successful launch of Enterprise SDN and pre-sales of Cisco One controller with customers like AT&T, BofA, Boeing, etc. . ### Lead Artist / Designer @ City of Mountain View Jan 2010 – Jan 2011 Crew of Fire Station No.5 wanted a sculpture that resonated with their public service mission. I created a story, and designed art that reflected their values and identity. Partnering with Artworks Foundry in Berkeley, I manufactured and installed bronze sculpture and weathervane in time for the grand opening of the station.
