- Working with Power BI, SQL Database, Azure DevOps, Drupal.
- Additional responsibilities include business process documentation, onboarding docs and FAQ’s.

- Led UX and product design strategy for ABB’s end to end engineering platform.
- The objective was to streamline tasks for engineering operations (field engineers, system engineers, application managers, operation managers).
