• Shaping the gaming experiences on Peacock.
• Contributed high-visibility innovation initiatives launching at SXSW 2026, partnering across Product, Engineering, Legal, and executive stakeholders. Owned the onboarding experience and developed AI-driven video prototypes to bring early concepts to life.
• Supported executive presentations and drove stakeholder alignment across an evolving and ambiguous scope.
• Led talent-facing content initiatives from concept through production, securing cross-functional approvals.
• Built and tested scalable AI video workflows that informed broader mobile and innovation strategy.
• Shipped vertical video ("Can't miss clips") and supported mini games that improved global watch time, significantly impacting user engagement on Peacock mobile.
• Created interactive prototypes for user testing, ensuring user-centered design principles were met.  
• Mentored early-career designers, students from UC Berkeley and spoke at Columbia University on product career development.
