•Collaborate with product management and marketing team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and overarching experience.
•Manage the entire design process from concept preparation to final artwork.
•Employed Design methodologies to design practical, functional and desirable digital services mapped with a customer’s business objectives and technology roadmaps.
•Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, synthesis, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, personas, user stories and task flows, customer journeys, information architecture, heuristic evaluation, wireframes (paper/digital) prototyping and implementation.
•Conduct usability testing, UX audits after development and gather feedback,
•Attend daily stand-ups, design sprints, weekly demos to update the rest of the team and the stakeholders.
