I led the GTM strategy for Samsara’s new physical security products and its fastest-growing international market, achieving 100% YoY revenue growth and establishing Samsara as the leader in connected operations in Mexico.

Pioneered the International PMM role by joining the US-based PMM team to lead international product launches, partnered with R&D on market-specific development, and aligned global and local strategies.

Led the marketing strategy that drove revenue from $0 to $20M ARR in the Mexican market within three years.

• Launched and maintained a comprehensive inbound program, including webinars, events, email nurture campaigns, and paid ads, which drove marketing to source over 50% of annual bookings in the region

• Worked closely with Sales to optimize outbound motion and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates

• Developed SDR enablement & processes, marketing content, case studies, pitch decks, and high-touch experiences

• Served as the regional expert for global stakeholders in R&D and Marketing, delivering QBRs and insights reports

• Co-founded the Latinxs at Samsara Employee Resources Group (ERG) in 2019

• Developed brand strategy, visual identity, and guidelines for NGO Soymás by synthesizing market research, stakeholder interviews, and user feedback, enabling consistent messaging across programs

• Designed end-to-end customer experience journeys for major retailers (Cencosud, Sparta) using qualitative research (interviews, journey mapping) to uncover pain points and define service improvement opportunities

• Contributed to 35+ co-creation workshops with senior executives to align stakeholders and shape service design strategies and brand positioning
