Helping make interacting with ChatGPT (even) better

In addition to heading up the content design team, I led product design for Airtable's AI, Foundations and Solutions teams.

I lead Slack's content design/content strategy team. We write product copy (UI microcopy and Slackbot messages!), develop and steer Slack's product voice, help name features and products, and teach other people to do words good.
