As a member of the company’s Novosibirsk R&D team was involved in a number of the projects:
1. Participated in development and support of the Streambox VC-10 product – the video-conference software solution. VC-10 has been implemented as a set of multithread MFC applications for the MS Windows OS.
2. Implemented the VC-10 Viewer ActiveX control in order to allow web developers to put it on the Web page.
3. Participated in development of ACT-L3 video-codec, which is a part of the Streambox ACT-L3 Video Transport device – hardware solution for the real-time high-quality video stream coding/decoding and for delivery it over the Internet. Responsible for MMX, SSE, SSE2 optimization of the ACT-L3 coding/decoding algorithms for the Intel Pentium 2+ platforms.
4. Designed and developed the “Store & Forward” tool for the Streambox ACT-L3 Video Transport device in order to give user a fastest way for delivering video files from/to any enabled computer on the Internet.
5. Designed and developed the Streambox ACT-L3 Distribution Center Web-server application - news gathering tool targeted to the news agencies and providing multiple video-stream redirection between number of Streambox ACT-L3 Video Transport coding and decoding devices located World-wide with control over the Web.
