Scaling Through Design Systems:
Increased the efficiency and consistency of AI development as a core contributor to PRO DS, Quest's enterprise design system. Designed, tested, and documented AI chat patterns that established Quest’s first standardized set of rules for AI conversations, reducing duplicate effort and empowering multiple teams to build quickly and accessibly.
Longitudinal Patient History (LHX):
Reduced patient burden and clinical information gaps by designing the physician-facing solution that integrates three years of patient lab history into Athena and eCW. Delivered both table and chart views that surface out-of-range results and allow clinical comparisons, eliminating manual record-sharing for patients.
Laboratory HQ:
Improved the turnaround time for patient test results by leading the design of the Laboratory HQ platform. The platform empowers lab technicians to independently track patient tests and fix problems in-house, eliminating reliance on external third-party services and achieving a notable gain in operational speed.

Launched new Data Visualization components (Line, Area, Bubble, Gauge, and Donut Charts) for Evolution’s design system. The result of these components was based on user research needs and using my engineering skills to know the features and limitations the charting library provided. Documented with detailed usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers when/how to use components and patterns with anatomy and examples.
