Led design of 0->1 product, Linked Audiences, which allows data engineers & marketers to build campaigns with relational data from the warehouse.

2021-2022: Led design on the Observability and Profiles Sync teams. Observability: Building features to allow users to monitor & debug their entire data pipeline. Profiles Sync: Enabling users to send identity-resolved profiles to their data warehouse.

2020-2021: Co-led design of Journeys product from 0 to GA. Journeys allows marketers to orchestrate their customer journeys and engagements.

Worked on features in Personas that enabled marketers to debug profile data. Shipped Protocols Transformations to GA (allows users to standardize tracking & transform events without code).

I worked in the Böblingen and San Francisco studios for SPSS statistics. During my time in Böblingen, Germany, I created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and conducted user tests for a new data overviewing and editing experience. Our redesign won the Red Dot Design Award for interface design.
