• Led build phase planning and execution from architecture release (B-sample) through SOP

• Provided technical recommendations to mechanical design, manufacturing, process, and quality engineers

• Scaled pilot line operations from 3 to 24 technicians across two shifts

• Managed up, down and across to keep team productivity high through challenging new development

• Sent daily executive updates during builds, including a yield Pareto of top automated manufacturing issues

• Highlighted risks and escalated when needed

• Delivered on time to vehicle launch

This was my first project as a PM. Tesla's first fully automated assembly line. The world's first silicon carbide inverter.
