Build a communication protocol to collect sensor data from the Hyperloop pod and transmit information to the pilot computer over Wi-Fi, following the publish-subscribe design pattern
•
Create software to read continuous sensor data streams in Arduino and forward them to the onboard Raspberry Pi for parsing via the ZCM package in C
•
Manage 3 subteams (Computing Systems, UI, Power Systems) (26 people) to synthesize work and make sure the team is on track with the sprints
•
Lead team meetings and collaborate with other organization leads to take the team forward to competitions and other conferences
In my capacity as the User Interface Subteam Lead at Cornell Hyperloop, I have the privilege of guiding a team of exceptional talents. Our focus lies in harnessing the power of data analytics to inform decision-making processes and elevate the design of the user interface. Together, we engage in the creation of cutting-edge solutions that challenge the conventional limits of technology and engineering, all while contributing to the evolution of transportation infrastructures. My responsibilities encompass managing project schedules, facilitating coordination among different subteams, and ensuring the seamless incorporation of analytical insights into the Hyperloop project. Driven by a fervent interest in applying data analytics to address tangible challenges, I am dedicated to crafting an intuitive interface that significantly enhances the Hyperloop user experience.
