As a software engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I develop scalable shared services for the AWS Training & Certification ecosystem using GQL, TypeScript, ReactJS, and AWS. In addition to my role at AWS, I am passionate about promoting inclusive and diverse environments in computer science. As the president of the UCSD Computer Science & Engineering Society, I lead and manage a team of eight executive board members to hold networking and recruiting events, innovate the direction of the organization, and create opportunities for students. I also conduct research on the differences between Native English Speakers and Non-Native English Speakers in CS education, aiming to minimize the barriers faced by NNES. My research has been presented at the ACM Technical Symposium on Computer Science Education.
