I led the implementation of an iterative user-centered design process that elevated design quality and fostered stronger collaboration across teams. By introducing a “two-way door” feedback model between design and engineering, we streamlined development cycles and delivered more refined user experiences. I also drove cross-functional alignment by facilitating strategic workshops, ensuring tight collaboration between design, product, and engineering stakeholders from concept to execution.

At AWS, I led research and strategy efforts to define a product-led growth vision, identifying key opportunities across customer journeys and shaping a UX strategy that was adopted by leadership for funding and prioritization. I developed a roadmap that combined short-term experiments with a long-term vision to improve self-serve onboarding, resulting in a 10% increase in conversion rates. I also designed cross-interface experiences spanning AWS Console, CLI, and SAM CLI, translating abstract technical concepts into intuitive, end-to-end workflows. To support data-driven decision-making, I co-created a collaborative framework for launch metrics with engineering and product partners, enabling faster feedback loops and more informed iteration.

Designed intuitive interfaces for machine learning-powered features within Enterprise Imaging products, helping radiologists detect Pneumothorax in adolescent patients more efficiently. Through in-depth user research and journey mapping across radiologist archetypes, I identified critical needs and edge cases in collaboration with the data science team. I also led UX planning efforts to align timelines with product goals and worked with design leadership to improve internal design processes, streamlining stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration.
