As a Student Technology Consultant at UC Berkeley Student Technology Services, I was responsible for being the go-to resource for students' computer needs. Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, I provided technical support, educated students on technology resources, and ensured a seamless experience for all.

Worked on integrating passkey support into Everykey’s hardware-based security key, enabling seamless passwordless authentication via WebAuthn. Focused on enhancing cross-platform compatibility and improving the security of proximity-based login experiences.

Designed and built an authenticator that can be integrated with major IAM platforms (e.g., Okta), allowing organizations to adopt Everykey as a custom MFA provider. Developed secure flows for user enrollment, key registration, and authentication, abstracting core identity operations to support broad enterprise use cases.

Worked across embedded, backend, and frontend layers to ensure smooth identity provisioning and authentication UX. Collaborated with product and security teams to align implementation with modern identity standards (FIDO2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).

Worked on pre-sales and implementation efforts for Dell’s enterprise storage solutions, primarily PowerScale and PowerStore. Built internal tooling to streamline customer deployments, designed scalable infrastructure architectures, and supported proof-of-concept rollouts for key clients. Collaborated closely with account teams to tailor solutions to business needs and improve time-to-value for data infrastructure investments.

Gained hands-on experience with storage virtualization, NFS/SMB protocols, and system performance optimization. Also contributed to documentation and knowledge transfer initiatives to support broader enablement efforts across the field team.
