I’m a Principal Design Leader at Microsoft, where I lead strategy and execution across some of the company’s most complex security, identity, and AI-powered product experiences.
Lead a cross-disciplinary team of hundreds of collaborators across design, engineering, product, and research to drive the UX strategy for Secure by Design, building consensus across the company to establish scalable practices and tooling for secure-by-design product development.

Co-led the creation of the Secure Future Initiative (SFI) UX toolkit, adopted by over 22,000 employees and shared externally to support broader industry alignment on secure design practices.

Launched programs to scale secure UX knowledge and adoption across the company, creating a networked model of influence, shared learning, and peer support.

Pitched, defined the strategy for, and led the development of AI-powered tools and self-serve audit models to help teams identify security vulnerabilities earlier in the product lifecycle and elevate their secure design maturity.

Delivered 50+ talks to more than 1,500 employees to build awareness, increase adoption, and align secure UX efforts across organizational boundaries.

Led the vision, strategy, and launch of Microsoft Global Secure Access (2023), the company’s first Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution, creating unified protections for identity, access, and network connectivity and enabling scalable, cohesive enterprise experiences.

Shipped core features across Microsoft Entra’s identity and network access product suite, including Conditional Access, External Identities, and cross-tenant administration.

Serve as Responsible AI driver, supporting teams in applying RAI principles through tailored guidance, integrated tooling, and collaboration with central policy owners to align org-wide practices with day-to-day product work.

Known for systems thinking, narrative building, and inclusive leadership, aligning vision and execution while building trust and momentum across disciplines.
Drove key initiatives to humanize and scale personalized shopping experiences by blending machine learning with thoughtful, inclusive design.

Led the vision and design of the onboarding and first-interaction experience for Prime Stylist, a personalized styling service combining ML with real human stylists. Focused on building a human-centered, inclusive entry point critical to customer trust and long-term engagement.

Designed and launched a lightweight, gamified interface that allowed customers to like/dislike outfits, generating millions of data points within months to improve Amazon’s styling recommendations at scale.

Created Shop the Look to help customers browse and buy full outfits, increasing basket size and customer inspiration.

Designed a new templated shopping page model that combined inspirational content with browsing behavior to create a more engaging and intuitive shopping experience across fashion search.
At Fidelity, I worked across Personal and Workplace Investing, designing experiences that helped individuals and employers manage their financial goals with clarity and confidence. I also contributed to the development of a virtual assistant, exploring conversational design to support user needs in a more intuitive and accessible way.
