1. First-time user experience 
Working on payroll setup and first-time user experience which includes designing managing workers, W-4, and work locations experiences.
Worked on introducing a non-disruptive user flow to allow users to add payroll trial as part of QBO first time user experience which has increased annualized revenue by $8-$10M

2. Direct Deposit limits experience 
Worked & collaborated with cross-functional teams to define the customer experience to modify direct deposit limits which was one of the top customer pain points, the implementation helped in a drastic reduction of direct deposit related care call volume.

3. Paycheck Protection Program
Worked and collaborated with cross-functional teams on designing the Paycheck Protection Program, which has received 37,726 PPP loan applications worth $1.5B. As part of the initiative worked on designing simplified reports to help the small and medium business owners, to have clear and crisp snapshots of their financials during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

4. Design Systems
Built Quickbooks design systems library for Figma and Sketch(Lingo) which is being used by 300+  Quickbooks designers.

1. Leadership
Managed and mentored a team of 9 members at Flipkart to design the shopping experience for the Fashion team for Flipkart app and website.

2. Shopping experience for big sale events 
Worked and collaborated with cross-functional teams on designing the personalized sale shopping experience for most of the sale events. I led the research, design, and user flows for all the categories and focused on presenting product features with offers. BBD 2017, we had 214 Mn customer visits and 68% growth compare to the previous year. 

3. Brand Stores and Ads
Built templates, user flows, re-usable widgets & capabilities for brands to build their storefronts and brand story ads on Flipkart app and website & helped fuel the growth of Flipkart Ad Network to become the third largest in the country.
