I am a classically trained artist and surface designer who has chosen the textile field as her primary artistic and professional focus. Trained in figure, anatomy, and architectural drawing as well as botanical illustration and portraiture I utilize my artistic skills and versatility as a highly experienced textile designer when creating original artwork using NedGraphics, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as handpainted artwork. I love to try new techniques and mediums when I hand paint a new design. I create original print designs in all styles from global to geometrics to traditional florals and jacquards both for home and apparel, design print collections for specific brands, research trends, both in the US and Europe, where I travel extensively, while keeping an eye on the competition.
