Leading end-to-end UI/UX, taking a global digital rights network from 0→1 and scaling it to $100B+ in registered assets, 200M+ sq ft, and 2,000+ properties across 8 countries, with partners including Boston Properties (BXP), Colliers, TD Garden, Regal Cinemas, Treasure Island Las Vegas, and the City of Chicago.

Designed user interfaces to support AI features and conducted research for the web app.

As the sole designer, I helped to define and synthesize user requirements, as well as designed end-to-end flows and visuals for the core chat and voice user experience.

1. Designed the messaging chat and voice experience between AI and humans from 0→1

2. Led the Onboarding process (built and optimized user acquisition funnel)

Led the development and maintenance of a web and mobile design system for a fintech company with over 250,000 customers. Responsible for guidelines, foundational styles, tokens, components, UI elements, and UI kits. Collaborated with engineering, design, and product management to develop, validate, and implement effective design solutions.

Led the design of a mobile-responsive website focused on delivering a seamless user experience. Developed brand identity, including the creation of the logo, color scheme, typography, and overall brand positioning.
