• Lead the management of US and INTL packaging UX design development from start to finish, which includes design development, print production, localization, and handoff of final artwork to the supplier.

• Lead collaborative efforts and work with cross-functional teams, 3P vendors, and suppliers. Your responsibility will include, but not limited to, communicating schedules & next steps, obtaining design direction, production and localization requirements, content (text and assets), and driving execution with accuracy.

• Create and manage creative development program schedules. Forecast and plan resources for assigned programs.

• Collaborate with clients and creative agencies to provide technical and structural inputs to execute various marketing campaigns from conception to completion.

• Establish production timelines and budgets for projects including: promotional products, direct mail and hardware seeding kits.

• Manage vendor processes in order to produce the highest quality deliverables within budget and timeline

• Evaluate production issues in advance and work with all parties to provide best solution

• Manage production and dispatch of over 20 different global campaigns at one time
